This is a meridian based therapy in which thumb, finger, elbow and knuckle pressure are used over many acupressure points on the back, hands, neck, head and legs.
This technique helps to stimulate and balance the flow of energy throughout the body. It stimulates the circulatory, muscular, nervous, immune and lymphatic system whilst promoting the release of endorphins and mood-regulating neurotransmitters. The client is left feeling good in a relaxed but energised frame of mind.
The clever ergonomic design of the chair completely supports the client's body in total comfort.

MOBILE - Seated Acupressure Massage

This is a mobile service, massage performed in your home (£5 extra included). A space of approximately 2m by 2m will be needed for the chair and therapist working area. Please wear comfortable clothes such as leggings, shorts, T shirt or strap top.

This massage uses complementary blend of reflexology, Korean and Massage techniques, offering health benefits such as reduction of stress and assisting the body to cleanse itself of impurities and toxins, whilst soothing, refreshing and revitalising energy levels.
Hands and feet contain many thousand sensory nerve endings which makes them one of the most sensitive areas of the body. This massage technique is beneficial to our modern life with many of us now suffering from RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) and Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, because our hands and arms work continuously. Our repetitive hand, arm and leg movements can put strain, wear and tear on the tendons, ligaments, and muscles. This technique helps to reduce muscle fatigue, relieve everyday aches and pains and encourage joint mobility.
This massage is best given when lying on a massage table but can also be received in a seating position.

I have been a massage therapist since 2012. My purpose is to help you look after yourself! I provide treatments for relaxation and tension relief, such as Acupressure seated massage, Indian Head massage, hands, arms, legs, feet massage or an aromatherapy back & feet treatment using high quality pure essential oils.
I will adapt the massage to your needs and make your experience as comfortable and relaxed as possible, with background calm music and a cozy atmosphere.

I had a massage with Marina yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic. Its the second time I've been and I've booked again. The atmosphere is always calm and welcoming, She is very professional and made me feel comfortable straight away.
